Mark joined the team in 2025 following a successful 36-year career in business, having previously served as an infantry officer for ten years.
His commercial career spanned both the public and private sectors, consistently focused on business-winning roles. Early sales success within the banking and finance sector at Hoskyns/Capgemini evolved into managing large-scale outsourcing initiatives across both IT and business support services. Spending over 20 years as a Strategic Sales and Capture Director with Capita and Atos, Mark led complex deals across the insurance, retail, and energy sectors, as well as within Government Digital Services.
A transition to Serco in 2016 directed his focus towards UK Government contracts—specifically across the Cabinet Office, MOD, and Home Office—and included a successful two-year European deployment delivering defence solutions. In his final three years with Leidos, Mark concentrated on key accounts across the Home Office, Metropolitan Police, and MOD.
