Chris retired from the British Army in 2019 following a 16-year career as an infantry officer, during which he spent the majority of his service in operational and planning roles, leading teams of up to 180 and directing activities for up to 1,400 personnel. Throughout his military career, Chris deployed on numerous occasions across North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Since leaving the Army, he has managed a broad portfolio of projects across defence, leisure, security, and technology, collaborating with small and medium-sized enterprises to navigate complexity and align strategic activity.
