CASE STUDY
The UK Ministry of Defence's Fleet Solid Support (FSS) programme sought to procure three new vessels for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, providing the Royal Navy's Carrier Strike Groups with essential ammunition, stores, spare parts and provisions whilst deployed globally. The programme also sought to strengthen sovereign UK shipbuilding capability, develop domestic supply chains and deliver significant economic and social value.
Oasisairbridge led a major bid for this £1.6bn programme, bringing together seven consortium members into a coordinated bidding organisation. Our role encompassed consortium development, strategic alignment, capture leadership and the integration of multiple industrial capabilities into a coherent, competitive proposition.
The pursuit demonstrated Oasisairbridge's ability to bring together complex partnerships, align diverse commercial and operational interests, and lead substantial defence procurement opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
