Consortium Development and Bid Leadership

Oasisairbridge led the development and coordination of a consortium of 30 companies on behalf of its client to pursue the MOD's £1.2bn Digital and IT Professional Services (DIPS) opportunity. Our role included consortium formation, partner engagement, strategic alignment and the integration of diverse technical and commercial capabilities into a cohesive, competitive bidding proposition, demonstrating our ability to orchestrate complex, multi-party defence pursuits at scale.
